Miranda
I’m a corporate sell out by day and a closet blogger by night.
My volleyball adventure has taken me a lot of places and I’m excited to see where it takes me next. In high school, I played for my high school team and we struggled. Thanks to great friends, family, coaches, and a lot of hard work, I somehow still managed to break out. In college, I played at the NCAA D1 level. After college, I had a brief stint as a volunteer assistant coach (also at the D1 level) before realizing that I was still a player at heart. With encouragement and good advice from friends and family, I managed to break out again and moved to Denmark to play in several of the Scandinavian professional leagues.

Now I coach the men’s division one level in Denmark, write about volleyball, and hope that my knowledge can benefit someone else.
I never would have guessed when I started playing that volleyball could take me so far, introduce me to so many amazing people, and play important financial roles in my life, like paying for school and providing my salary.
Now that I’m working in the corporate world and volleyball has taken a smaller role in my life, I’ve realized that there’s a lot of knowledge up in my head about the recruiting process and what it takes for a player to break out. If I’m not sharing that knowledge with someone, then all of that information is just taking up space in my head and benefits no one.
If you’re hoping to take your game to the next level, then this blog is for you. The information you find here will help you to break out too. Other websites will charge you fees and try to manage the recruiting process for you. In reality, they give you very little. Unlike them, I will give you the tools, the encouragement, and general know how so that you can break out without breaking the bank.
